工作职责:
1. 为顾客打造愉悦的购物体验,从而提高顾客的满意度及回访率
2. 充分理解顾客售前,售中,售后的需求和期望,收集顾客反馈并积极推动商场将之转化为商业机会,更大化我们的销售
3. 确保商场购物工具的充足有效,各项购物指引能有效帮助顾客购物
4. 确保商场各项售后服务的沟通及高效执行
5. 协助部门经理完成员工的招募和培训及日常管理
6. 正确积极解决顾客投诉,确保顾客满意度
Job Responsibility
1. My priority is to ensure our customers consistently enjoy a positive and successful shopping experience
2. understanding customer motivation and expectations, and play an active role in turning them into commercial opportunities
3. Secure enough shopping tools to support customer easy shopping, ensuring customer guidance throughout the store is clear and up-to-date, and use customer feedback to implement changes that reflect their changing needs.
4. Ensuring service products effective communication and implementation, and encourage customers to want to come back to shop with us again.
5. Support check-out manager to recruit and training co-worker
6. Proactive work with customer complains to improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement
Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team
Ability to prioritize and organize work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of the time available
Ability to plan staffing needs according to the customer flow
Experience of actively meeting customer needs
through understanding customers in a service industry
Emotional resilience and ability to handle conflict (assertive and able to remain calm when confronted with challenging situations)
Strong communication skills with the ability to adjust the style of communication to get the
