Job description

· Being a member of the "Customer support team" at our Shanghai office

· Implementation and user training of our Automation & Software products ranging from Office Solutions to Equipment Automation Products

· Supporting our customers from the office via phone, email, internet & other accessories

Job Qualifications

· Detailed knowledge of operating systems LINUX and WINDOWS with client/server architecture solutions

· Detailed knowledge of database systems of MS SQL Server and Oracle

· Flexibility as a team player and strong communication skills

· Willingness to travel extensively

· Ability of analytical thinking coupled with readiness of mind
