? Order handling
Order entry: Customer order receiving and process into system timely and accurately
Order follow up: tracking the order fulfillment process to make sure every order was delivered in full quantity and on time.
Customer master data setup application
Customer pricing maintenance
? Customer communication
Establishes a pleasant and helpful contact window to customers
Actively respond to customer’s requirement and pass tech inquiry on products to relevant team.
? Customer complaint handling
Record the customer complaint in to system
Follow up as time keeper to coordinate related cross function to close the complaint in time
? Cross function communication
Sales team: support sales team in order to provide better service to customer
Planning team: Stock availability and allocation
Logistics team: Order delivery schedule update to sales team and customers as a major contact window
Credit team: Credit limitation coordination, other payment related communication
FI Team: send the VAT invoice to customer and follow up related credit /debit and rebate
? Regular report provision and data analysis related to sales and orders:
Open order report
Other service level identification report per business requirements
CS monthly review report to summary daily operation and highlight the key point
? Any other duties assigned from time to time.
