岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1、寻找及选择招聘渠道开展招聘工作，简历筛选、通知面试等；
1, to find and select the recruitment channels to carry out recruitment, resume screening, notification interviews;
2、招聘网站的维护和更新，以及招聘网站的信息沟通；
2, the recruitment site maintenance and updates, and recruitment of information communication site;
3、建立和更新公司人才储备资料库；
3, to establish and update the company's talent pool database;
4、能够及时的完成上级领导所交办的各项工作。

任职要求：
Job requirements:
1、大专或以上学历；
1, college degree or above;
2、从事招聘工作一年以上，有猎头公司工作经验者优先；
2, engaged in recruitment for more than a year, a headhunting company work experience is preferred;
3、对金融行业人才市场较为熟悉，能独立进行人员招聘规划；
3, the financial industry is more familiar with the talent market, to carry out independent recruitment planning;
4、应变能力强，具有高度责任心。
