职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 负责企业医疗服务部文件资料、销售合同的归类、建档、整理和保管；
2、  负责企业医疗服务部的物资管理并做好分类、归档，及时备案；
3、  负责收集整理客户服务需求，并整理归纳，及时向上级领导提出销售商机。
4、  负责跟踪企业医疗服务部的服务进度完成情况，并按时上交月报、季报、年度统计报表并按时发送上级领导及相关客户；
5、  协助上级领导做好电话来访工作，清晰做好记录；
6、 定期收集客户满意度，了解客户意见及需求及时上报上级领导，有效提高企业医疗服务部的服务质量；
7、 上级领导安排的其它工作。

二、任职资格
1、医疗相关专业 大专以上学历；
2、具有一定的判断力与执行能力、沟通能力、较强的客户服务意识；
3、掌握业务知识、掌握市场营销相关知识；
4、熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
5、3年以上工作经验，半年以上本行业或相近行业营销和管理经历。 举报 分享
