职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、计划和审核人力资源管理的成本；
2、协调和指导分公司各用人部门的人才招聘、员工培训、绩效考评、薪酬福利等工作；
3、及时处理公司管理过程中的重大人事问题，定期组织考评
4、协调处理劳动关系及涉外事务管理；
5、负责公司行政管理相关工作；
6、负责公司重大活动后勤保障支持；
7、其他交办的临时工作事项。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，3年以上人事行政经理管理工作经验；
2、熟悉并精通人力资源管理各工作模块及行政管理能力；
3、具有较强的影响力及沟通协调能力，良好的学习能力及文案写作能力，熟悉word、excel、PPT等办公软件；
4、具有很强的团队领导能力，较强的责任意识和公正性，良好的沟通能力、应变能力及熟悉掌握人力资源管理技能； 举报 分享
