根据亚太区市场整体计划,制定和组织EDM营销方案并有效执行,负责营销邮件的日常发送和日常检测,以支持公司业务增长。

SCOPE
The Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and analyzing targeted direct response marketing campaigns across channels, with emphasis on direct mail and email, to support business growth objectives. Responsibilities also include expanding market penetration, identifying and targeting new customers and improving efficiencies of current programs and processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement cost-effective direct mail and email campaigns for list acquisition, managing the process from inception to completion and delivery of post-campaign analysis, measurement and reporting on results.
- Initiates creative direct marketing activities based on assigned region marketing strategies to generate business leads and sales. Designs, executes and measures the effectiveness of direct marketing projects to drive user awareness, conversion, and retention. Expands customer database acquisition targets via strategic alliances, including work with leading Academics and IDH.
- Works effectively with global and local marketing teams.
- Track, monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance vs. benchmarks.
- Create and implement all mail plans and list segmentation strategies for direct mail and complex email list acquisition campaigns.
- Create from scratch, manage and grow a prospect database for lead-gen and listee acquisition activities.
- Perform customer profiling, segmentation and analysis of purchase pattern behavior to maximize acquisition efforts.
- Manage the merge and purge list processes.
- Develop Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for list brokers and generate new list strategies for testing beyond broker recommendations.
- Work closely with creative services and advertising teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage direct mail expense budget and report on actual vs. planned expenditures.
- Takes ownership if direct mail success and drives idea creation.
- Works effectively while being responsible to various departments/management staff:
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Marketing or related field and 5 to 7 years of direct marketing experience in mail and email, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in an international environment across cultures and various countries.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Expertise in customer list acquisition and management.
- Good working knowledge of marketing and internet business.
- Analytical skills for assessing strengths and weaknesses of direct mail programs and related results.
- Proficient with HTML, CSS, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Proficiency with the following are a plus, but not required: QuarkXPress 10, Acrobat Pro 9, Extensis 10, Adobe Type Manager, After Effects 4.0, Freehand, FileMaker Pro, Compass, Lotus Notes, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Project.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, local language and English minimum, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
- Experience with Eloqua is a plus.
