职位描述：
We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for the server side of our web applications.我们在寻找一名有经验的后端开发人员来加入我们的团队。这名成员将主要负责服务器端Web应用程序。

Responsibilities职责：
1-Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging；参与整个应用程序生命周期,专注于编码和调试。
2-Write clean code to develop functional web application；编写干净代码开发功能的web应用程序。
3-Troubleshoot and debug applications；故障诊断和调试应用程序。
4-Perform UI tests to optimize performance；执行用户界面测试,以优化性能。
5-Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications；管理前沿技术改善遗留应用程序。
6-Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic；与前端开发人员协作,面向用户的元素与服务器端集成逻辑。
7-Gather and address technical and design requirements；收集和处理技术和设计要求。
8-Provide training and support to internal teams；为内部团队提供培训和支持。
9-Build reusable code and libraries for future use；构建可重用的代码和库,以供将来使用。
10-Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features；联系开发人员、设计人员和系统管理员来确定新特性。
11-Follow emerging technologies；跟进新兴技术。

Requirements职位需求：
1-Proven work experience as a Back-end developer；证明工作经验作为一个后端开发人员。
2-In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)；深入的了解整个web开发过程(设计、开发和部署)。
3-Hands on experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, PHP and Python经验与编程语言(如Java、Ruby、PHP和Python)。
4-Working knowledge of CMS framework；CMS的工作知识框架。
5-Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS)；熟悉前端语言(如HTML、JavaScript和CSS)。
6-Excellent analytical and time management skills；优秀的分析能力和时间管理能力。
7-Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude；团队合作能力与解决问题的态度。
