TZG集团公司旗下项目公司Citylife（逸云居涉外酒店式公寓）招聘客服专员职位，

客户服务专员岗位职责：
1)按照公司要求，办理客户的入住及退房手续；代客户办理临时入住登记；
2)对于客户提出的服务需求和投诉，给予迅速的反馈及解决；
3)及时了解客户的建议和意见，并及时协调其它部门，为客户提供快捷、方便、周到、温馨的服务；
4)积极与客户沟通，建立良好的长期合作关系；
5)协调各部门处理房屋内的日常维修清洁等工作；
6)前台接待、代客支付费用等其它工作；
7)完成公司安排的其它工作。

任职要求：
1)大专以上，性别不限；
2)良好的沟通与协调能力；
3)工作责任心强，具备专业的服务意识和态度；
4)具有良好英语口语交流能力及书写能力；
5)有涉外房屋租赁、房屋中介及酒店工作经验优先。
