职位描述：

1. Serve as the liaison with the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) office.
2. Carry out the necessary tasks outlined in the IBO’s list of coordinator’s responsibilities,including registration of students, payment of invoices, monitoring of deadlines, dispatch of necessary documentation and organization of the examination sessions.
3. Ensure that teachers are well informed of the IB philosophy, administrative procedures, curriculum requirements, assessment deadlines and so forth;
4. Oversee the planning of an internal assessment calendar;
5. Assist the Principal with supervision of Diploma Teachers;
6. Recommend IB Diploma-related professional development;
7. Ensure that parents, students and faculty are well informed of the demands of the program;
8. Work closely with students, advising and guiding, to ensure appropriate choice of courses and encourage the habits of independent, life-long learning;
9. Ensure that all administrative routines and requirements are strictly observed, including arrangements for final examinations;
10. Take part in marketing activities of the school to promote the IB Diploma Programme.
11. Prepare and circulate an annual review of IB examination results.
12. Oversee the distribution of IB examination results
13. Provide outreach to the wider IBDP community through OCC discussion forums, e-mail and school visits.
14. Lead the 5 Year IB Accreditation/ Authorization Review
15. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required, including teach TOK
