工作描述：
日常生产设备维护保养。
减少故障，执行预防性维修和维护,保持设备和设施在高效和安全工作条件。执行持续改进来提高设备和设施性能,实现内部和外部客户的需求。
任职要求：
高中以上学历；有电工证书。
理解简单的电气图和三维视图。
电脑知识。
良好的解决问题和人际关系技巧。
至少1年相关经验的制造与设备维修,维护和保持。懂射频焊接机/自动贴标机/空压机/输送线/密封机/移印机修理者优先。
I. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Perform preventive maintenance plan, keep equipment & facilities working in efficient conditions.
2. Perform professional setup, repair, reduces malfunctions and shutdown time, timely response, handle and feedback abnormal occurrences.
3. Perform routine routing inspection.
4. Regularly special equipment check, external detection applications.
5. Assist and confirm contractor to implement external maintenance service.
6. Regular inventory check, safety inventory supplement application for spare parts.
7. Record repair, maintenance and check forms, regularly store forms.
8. Keep good housekeeping in responsible area.
9. Assist team’s work.
II. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school / technical school graduated with electrician certificate.
2. Understand simple electrical diagram and 3D views.
3. Computer knowledge.
4. Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
5. At least 1 year’s relevant experiences in manufacturing with equipment repairs, maintenance and up keeping.
6. Working experiences in new equipment setup, RF welding machines / auto labeling machines / air compressor / conveyor line / seal machines / pad printing machines repair are preferred. 举报 分享
