职位描述：
Job Descripition:
1. Lead &organize company IT development plan and project,work closely with Group IT team.
2. Lead the development of other supplement programs to satisfy diversified IT needs from internal & external customers, and provide professional IT solutions to related business requirements.
3.Maintenance, renewal&upgrade of company network (include email,internet etc.)to ensure it is be safe and reliable.
4.Manage company IT asset, standardize company IT hardware and software by Corporate standard,select and valuate supplier,drive cost effective in all of IT activities.
5.Plan, monitor and control capital and expense spending on IT.
6.Implement corporate IT policies and procedures in company such as network &system policy, IT information security policy etc,ensure our IT system is aligned with Corporate strategy.
7.Lead the routine work in IT department.
8. Overall responsibility to deliver support services,porject as well as support business initiatives for aspects of SAP with a strong focus on SAP Logistic and Manufacturing Modules.
9.Conributes to overall strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding SAP implementations and support.
10. Excellent business process analysis and redesign experience;business analytical problem solving skills as well as the ability to quickly identify problems and recommend solutions.
11.Maintain Application Controls in support of Audit Requirement.
12. Responsible for all general communications to the users and interested parties,including system down, syetem speed,system outages,and other as necessary.
13. Engage in other assignments as requested by IT management.

Qualification and requirements:
1. Bachelor degree majoring in computer technology.
2. Minimum 5 years successful experience in IT area of manufatacturing company.
3.Strong knowledge of SD, MM,PP in SAP sytem.
4.Work independently and in cooperation with others on multiple activities,with flexibility to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship managgment skills.
6. Good skill on network, server management and troulbeshooting.
7.Must be energetic,polished,customer-service oriented and adaptabel to ongoing change.
