职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound activities in WGQ FTZ Customs system timely and accurately
2. Customs document handling and preparation
3. Work with customs consultant company for HS code pre-classification based on the product technical specifications
4. Maintain HS code for all the products in SKF system
5. Conduct monthly stock take between Customs system and warehouse system to ensure the stock consistence.
6. Exemption form application for bonded warehouse equipment
7. Set up customs process and maintain process maps, procedure manuals for new product.
8. Support Customs process integration projects to review all current inbound and outbound product HS code and conduct pre-classification if any.
9. Work with transport operation team to enforce customs compliance and provide technical support to the team in areas like tariff classification, free trade agreement and valuation
10. Track on Customs regulations to monitor and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls required to comply with China regulations.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-4 years’ experience on import/export, Customs field, Industry or manufacturing experience is preferred.
2. College degree or above
3. Familiar with rule and principle of HS code classification
4. Familiar with Customs regulations, free trade agreement as well as bonded warehouse rules.
5. Experience in bonded warehouse is preferred.
6. Solid operations experiences in areas of cross boundary transaction, bonded manufacturing and special customs zones.
7. Strong sense of trade and customs compliance
