职位描述：
岗位职责

1、接待客户并提供全程售前售后服务；
2、对老客户及未成交客户进行追踪维护，提高成交率；
3、根据客户需求，独自或与设计师共同完成客户的个案；
4、 兼顾店内产品的上下架及清洁工作，与店铺同事、库存管理保持及时顺畅的沟通。

任职资格

1、高中或中专以上学历；
2、一年以上销售相关经验，家居及设计类产品客服经验优先；
3、普通话标准，表达清晰、亲和力强，良好的沟通能力；
4、能用英语进行基本的沟通；
5、工作细致认真，责任心强，思维敏捷，具有强烈的服务意识和团队精神；
6、优秀有潜力的应届毕业生亦可。 举报 分享

carried greater selection of modern & classic furniture, and interior de?cor from top designer brands in the Former French Concession in Shanghai.
