Job Summary
To promote and maximize the sales of EFD’s dispensing systems in accordance with agreed targets and within assigned territories.
Responsibilities
Work closely with related Business Development Managers for the agreed sales budgets and targets. This includes close cooperation with the existing EFD distribution channels and with existing Nordson/EFD sales channels and personnel. Prepare and submit reports to the Business Development Manager in the format requested on periodical base.
Find and evaluate sales leads, assist in the development of marketing programs in local languages. Provide regular feed back on all sales leads and ensure customer information and/or database is correctly maintained.
Work at lab to demo, test, collect data to show EFD product benefits independently, collect the typical application information and publish on the EFD-Talk. Manage the EFD product evaluation program under agreed guidelines, provide customers response timely. Prepare and submit application solutions to prospects clearly illustrating EFD product benefits by TCO concept. Follow the company Mission Statement to provide a first class service to our customers, demonstrating EFD products, at all times operating in a professional manner.
Develop a complete understanding of the China key markets potential and needs, monitor competitive activities in key industries. Share the information (regarding new markets and new applications, etc.) of EFD focused markets with the global Marketing and Sales team, and assist in developing appropriate programs/projects and products to grow our business in these key markets.
Take necessary business trips and actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, seminars etc. as requested.
Submit and control all expenses under the company guidelines.
Carry out any tasks, which may reasonably be requested by the company’s management.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years working experiences in industry machine/equipment sales/marketing, working experience in MNC is preferred.
Skills and Abilities
Good at English in verbal and oral,
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, motivational skills.
Strong analytical and Computer Skills,
Proactive and aggressive in business, Self-driven and result oriented,
Integrity, hard working, open-minded, strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Travel Required
