Job description and responsibilities:

Funtion: Buyer / Purchaser /Purchasing Engineer /Merchandiser/Quality Engineer

1. Handle various type of commodities and technical projects from the beginning (sourcing) to the end (delivery);
2. Managing numbers of suppliers or vendors from supplying, pricing, manufacturing, quality, logistic perspectives;
3. Timely implement and self-lead assigned sourcing projects.
4. Research on certain Chinese supply market to understand the export, quality and price level. Pricing and terms negotiation;
5. Identify, develop, qualify and maintain suppliers for satisfy the cost, quality and delivery requirements.
6. Initiate and implement continuous improvement on design, quality, delivery, service and pricing.
7. On-site for product quality inspections ;
8. Orders management, Problems solving on assigned projects or vendors;
9. Logistic coordination.
10. Projects or Purchasing Database establishing, analyzing and reporting.
11. Assistance to Purchasing manager on any other assignments.


Qualification Requirements:
- 5 years experience in sourcing and purchase activities.
- Technical background is preferred, male is preferred
- Experience or capable to managing various category of products and dealing with numerous suppliers.
- Strong time management and able to work independently;
- Strong problem solving capacity,
- Excellent communication skills (with suppliers, inner customers, reporting & escalation).
- Capability to escalating and reporting and analyzing.
- Good English skills in both oral & written; (English will be the only language for your daily work)
- Good skills in using “EXCEL”;
- Willing for frequently traveling.
