工作范围：

- 为所管理的产品制定营销策略，以提高收入和利润

- 依据公司的发展计划和产品利润的目标，发展新的产品。

- 为公司寻找和导入新产品，负责整体产品管理、P&L管理、投资回报、市场推广和售后服务等。

- 制定和实现产品管理目标，确保公司的利润和合理的市场占有率

- 管理NPI（New Product Introduction，新产品引进）过程

- 积极洞识、策划和开发新的商机

- 帮助进行战略制定、财务分析、竞争分析、市场计划、产品要求制定、定价、售后服务和产品采购计划等管理

- 发展与第三方公司的合作机会，充分利用合作伙伴的资源，采用ODM/OEM模式去快速发展和充实公司的产品线。

职位要求:

- 工科（电子工程、计算机、通信工程、机械工程等）或者理科学士以上学历，有MBA或同等学历优先考虑

- 2年以上的研发、工程、或生产制造工作经验

- 3年以上的在通信行业、IT行业、电子行业的相关项目或产品管理工作经验

- 项目管理经验和自学能力强

- 能够独立同时承担多个项目

- 能够承担压力

- 有良好的英语使用能力
