Responsibilities:
? Provide excellent IT service to studio game developers.
? Build, deploy and maintain DELL based PC systems for studio game developers.
? Conduct day-to-day PC maintenance and resolve end user computing issues.
? Developer PC and studio game development software asset tracking, ordering, and documentation.
? Studio IT desktop support and documentation.
? Coach end users about their daily software and hardware usage.
Experiences/Qualifications:
? Be qualified to support a mixed game development environment running Windows 7, Linux/CentOS as well as Mac OS X.
? Deploy, administer and support Adobe creative cloud apps, Perforce visual client, Autodesk 3ds Max/Maya and MSDN Visual Studio suites.
? Hands on experience of building, administering and supporting DELL based PC systems.
? Hands on experience of provisioning enterprise security solutions especially Symantec Encryption and Endpoint Protection Suites.
? Hands on experience of provisioning end user identities by using Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365 as well as Skype for Business.
? Hands on experiences of storage technologies including RAID, data backup and archival technologies.
? Knowledge of office intranet TCP/IP technologies and concepts.
? Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, prioritization and conflict management.
? Be independent in the daily job and possess strong analysis, judgment and troubleshooting skills.
? Good written and spoken English communication skills, can support native English speaking users.
? Passion for video games.

Professional IT certificates a plus:
? MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration
? MCTS: Windows 7, Deployment
? MCITP: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician
? MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7
? RedHat Certified System Administrator (RCSA) / Engineer (RHCE)
