Job Summary:
To make sure quality of footwear product meet the requirement and vendor complies with Quality Requirement.

Essential Duties:

? Validate product design, production processes, and factory capability to meet specifications through in-process audit and control on site;
? Oversee Product Quality Assurance activities for assigned categories, including vendor development and improvement, and product and vendor investigations;
? Develop and lead vendor training sessions to ensure quality systems are up-to-date and understood;
? Prepare and conduct the Product Quality kick off at office in support of Merchandising trips;
? Provide technical support to merchandisers while on sourcing trips and during finalization;
? Monitor and report on high-profile projects to ensure full visibility and vendor compliance to with regards to product development, investigations, and corrective actions;
? Other duties as assigned by management.

Competency:

? Technical qualification in the products handled.
? Good understanding of quality requirements and fitting requirement.
? Proficient in every steps of the production control and process.
? Strong in identifying production and quality issues and carry out the necessary corrective action plan with the required quality standard.

Other Requirements:
? Minimum 10+ years’ experience in preferably in ladies shoes, in heels;
? Good English communication skills;
? Familiar with the cost, quality, knowledge and source of shoe outsole/last; 举报 分享
