职位描述：
Business Development Manager or Associate Director

(Location: Shanghai)

Key activities:
1. Support Asia Pacific BD to reach annual sales plan
2. Actively develop new clients in Huadong territory including( Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou)
？ The leads generation, conduct regular cold call
？ ?Participate in quote and proposal preparation
？ Responsible for customer visits in Shanghai, attending conferences and promotion events
？ ?Maintenance of master data creation of sales transactions, such as confidential disclosure agreement (CDA), master service agreement (MSA), request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP), etc.
？ Complete such as BD monthly report, visiting report and relevant documents
？ Maintain and update client database
？ Responsible for data collection in Asia Pacific. Call pre-qualified sales leads to qualify the prospect

？ Other tasks assigned by the AP BD Director
3. Work closely with the Directors, Group Leaders to deliver client specific needs (deadlines, notebook, project updates, shipment tracking, etc

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above
? Prior experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
? Great communication skills in English and Chinese, positive and pleasant personality
? Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment
? High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
