Position Objective:
Driving AIA to become a customer-focused and preferred company by raising overall customer experiences through insights.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with TL to conduct research studies to provide key insights to product development, marketing campaign, distribution and strategic initiatives etc, to value add the proposition.
2. Cooperate with TL to manage customer experience project, e.g. EFM, coordinate among different parties, budget management, internal communication, etc. to ensure the project is delivered as planned.
3. Work with related teams to complete budgeting, planning and other management support jobs for CMO functions.
4. Manage projects with effective communication, thus ensuring deliverables are achieved timely and with quality, with a good tracking mechanism.
5. Ensure all initiatives achieve a sound ROI under given budget.
Job Requirements:
? At least 5 yrs of marketing related working experience in financial industry with experience of research projects
? At least 5 yrs of customer research with financial industry in a leading consulting or research company
? Quick learner with business acumen and strong marketing knowledge.
? Excellent office skill, especially on PPT and excel.
? Fluent communication both in Chinese and English.
? Good analytical and communication skill, proactive and committed
? Customer focus, quality of work, accountability for results.
