职位描述：
TZG（高瞻资本）旗下项目公司酒店/餐饮招聘工程项目经理：

岗位职责：
1、负责工程计划制定及执行，参与公司项目前期工作，负责项目施工的进度、质量、安全及成本等方面的工作，在执行过程中, 根据不断变化的情况, 及时调整计划；
2、合理安排项目施工，审理项目费用预算控制；
3、档案管理责任：对设计及工程方案进行整理及归档的责任
4、工程活动组织：按批准的工程计划, 监督施工工程进度,与有关部门或企业进行良好的沟通, 确保工程顺利进行.
5、工程报告：定期编写工程报告, 上报主管, 报告中应总结本阶段工程经验教训, 并对整体工程进度及方向提供建议.
6、负责知道下属工作安排，进行工作思路、工作方法的示范和指导，并进行相关培训。
7、完成上级领导交代的其它工作事项。

任职资格：
1、 大专或以上学历，工程管理，相关建筑装饰行业职称优先考虑；
2、5年以上建筑装饰工程施工员工作经验；
3、 参与过五星级酒店装饰工程或医院装饰工程优先；
4、 有较强的沟通、管理协调能力，具备处理突发事件的应变能力；
5、电脑操作熟练，有一定的文案能力，熟悉办公软件及CAD等相关软件。 举报 分享
