1. 工作职责：主要负责制剂分析部门的项目、实验室、人员的规范化管理，项目中遇到的技术问题的解决，项目申报资料的撰写、审核等。
2. 职位要求：7年以上药品分析工作经验（含5年以上制剂分析项目经验优先）；近3年内2个项目以上NMPA申报及现场核查经验优先；2年以上团队管理经验。
3. 技能要求：熟悉制剂分析工作流程，熟悉ICH、CDE、NMPA、FDA、EMA等的法规、指导原则及各国权威药典；熟悉各品牌（如waters、安捷伦、岛津、赛默飞等）高效液相色谱仪的使用维护，了解气相色谱仪、紫外分光光度计、红外、X射线衍射、DSC等检测方法和原理。
4. 语言要求：英文熟练者优先，能自行撰写申报资料、研究方案报告、SOP等文件。
