POSITION SUMMARY:
Based on direction from General Manager of WAI China, this position will manage the domestic electronics and auto parts sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Manage existing customer relationship.
2.Develop new customer.
3.Set up pricing strategy.
4.Manage sales assistants to full fulfill customers' orders and request.
5.Offer new product development and cost down request to engineering.
6.Coordinate customer incident internally and externally.
7.Manage domestic account receivable.
8.Report actual sales record to management.
9.Collect critical marketing information for management decision.
10.Offer preliminary technical support and product presentation to customers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
1.This team will lead the sales team of WAI China.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Business or Engineering.;
2.At least 3 years Sales management experience in MNC Auto industry.
3.Excellent communication skills internally and externally.
4.Willing to travel in China and foreign countries.
5.Be able to work under pressure.
6.Fluent spoken and good written English and Mandarin skills to communicate with US team.
7.Good computer skills in excel and windows.
