职位描述：
C&B
? Structuring compensation and benefits package based on the business requirement and strategy
? Achieve "100% accuracy" particularly on payroll administration;
? Can effectively manage outsourcing vendors and ensure to provide qualified C&B service on governmental regulation and
        business requirements;
? Maintain, consolidate and compile monthly HR reports and statistics;
? Has professional knowledge of C&B survey and data analysis methods, which includes the ability to analyze and interpret data;
? Initiate Performance Review and assist Line Manager on annual compensation merit increment;
? Work with Finance to implement sales commission plan, Develop and pay out the variable pay for employees (year-end bonuses,
        sales commission, etc.)
? Standardize and verify the policy & rules for salary changes, variable pay changes, incentive plan etc.
? Cooperates with TA with the offer proposal based on the salary benchmarking
? Lead and execute the C&B projects
? Vendors Management including commercial insurance management
? Prepare related reports for staff master data with C&B actual and accrued payment
? Develop and update the HR Policy together with operation process and HRIS
Others
? Employee communication on HR policy/procedure, company culture
? New Staff Orientation for Chinese Staff
? Handle the ER cases with line manager and lawyer independently
? Support on new hiring general enrollment
? Participate the exit interview
? Working as the business partner, help business managers set up an effective performance review process, improve their team's
        spirits and build up high performing team, provide consultation and advice to the managers/employees in daily operations
        Other job assigned by line manager

Qualification / Education & Experience Requirement
? Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
? At least 5-8 years’ relevant experience in HR field
? Mature, can work under pressure and hands on
? Solid payroll experience, good experience in staffing and performance management is plus
? Detail minded with good analytical and organization skills, willing to learn
? Able to work independently with good communication skill
? Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities
? Be familiar with China Contract Labor Law and other local regulations
? Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio)
? Open and good team work, demonstrate ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment
? Good inter personal skill can deal with different level of people in the organization
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 举报 分享
