职位描述：
岗位职责:
1. 为中国客户提供数据采集系统的安装、设备的故障排除及维护等技术支持服务；
2. 为客户提供数据采集系统的设备使用技术培训，满足客户在技术支持方面的要求，维护良好的客户关系；
3. 制作出差报告，月度工作报告，维修报告等售后服务档案；
4. 协助区域客户经理举办小型技术讲座；
5. 参与相关专业会议、展览会和产品研讨会，协助进行技术展演、咨询；
6. 负责区域内售后服务的监督、协调工作；
7. 部分技术文档的英译汉工作。

任职条件：
1. 全日制大学本科或以上学历，测试技术、测试仪器、汽车工程、机械、机电、或其它相关工程类专业毕业；
2. 具有2年以上相关工作经验；
3. 具备一定的计算机硬件和软件编程知识；
4. 具备一定的英语读写能力（良好的英语听说能力则对工作会有帮助）能与国外的同事进行技术交流和沟通；
5. 身体健康，诚实守信，工作认真，积极热情，责任心强；
6. 善于接受批评意见，能够不断完善自己，有良好的自我管理能力，以及强烈的团队意识；
