岗位职责
1、负责公司前台接待；
2、收发传真，复印文档，文件装订等；
3、及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息，门禁系统的日常维护与管理；
4、受理会议室预约，协调会议室时间，布置会议室；
5、名片等印刷品的定制，办公用品的订购、验收、保管、发放与盘点，领用存表的录入与统计；
6、安排员工出差行程机票订购管理及各项衍生工作；
7、特定客户的签证手续办理；
8、办公设备的维修与报修，完成上级交给的其他事务性的工作；
9、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

任职资格
1、行政管理或文秘等相关专业大专以上学历； 可简单英语交流；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识；
4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识；
6、形象气质佳，女性优先。
