职位概述: Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's products and/or services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors

职责:
Manage marketing employees in the Marketing Department.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and guidelines.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees;
addressing complaints and resolving problems.
? Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
? Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
? Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
? Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
? Works with writers and artists and oversees copywriting, design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials.
? Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
? Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
? Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
? Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
? Create, develop new promotion tools which will follow government regulations and cost-effectiveness and get all necessary approvals prior to implementation. Provide a forum (bi weekly conference call) with the appropriate individuals at both BJU and SHU so that the UFH marketing department continues to stay within the advertising guidelines. Develop and facilitate at least two workshops for SHU and BJU staff explaining and updating the marketing team members on this topic.
? Develop Chinese market OB service. Includes the development and execution of a written plan and budget for achieving a growth in revenue of at least 40 percent over the prior period.
? Running membership program / CRM system and get them to be one of powerful marketing promotion tool. Complete the data input of all (BJU and SHU) members, complete revisions on the corporate membership contract including exclusions and discounts, and oversee the integration of the membership database with PIMs.
? Publish at least three issues of the UFH Newsletter and at least four monthly E-magazines.
Develop and implement marketing plan for the Pudong clinic

任职条件:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experiences in healthcare or pharmaceuticals related fields are preferred.
Native English speaker or Fluency to read, analyze, and interpret common market trends within the target market and healthcare industry
Fluency to respond to common inquiries or complaints from staff, or members of the community.
Fluency to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of data and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
