Onsite Resource Technical Skills:
The Onsite resource should be good in the following skills to support the eWORK APPLICATION and along with L1 support responsibility.

1 Over all Domino Design Elements 4
2 Lotus Formula 1
3 Lotus Script 2
4 HTML, Java Script, Java, XML 2
5 Lotus Domino Administration 3
6 L1 Support Knowledge 4
7 English Communication (S & W) 2
8 User Interaction & Interpersonal Skills 4
1 – Low, 2 – Average, 3 – High, 4 – Expert
Able to communicate in English and Chinese language (Read , Written & Spoken) is a must.
Onsite Resource Responsibility:
1. Evaluate the issue given by Panasonic (PICN), by simulating the issue in local server to find out the root cause.
2. Discuss with Panasonic (PICN) for any clarifications and inform the same with clarity to offshore development team.
3. Support the Panasonic (PICN) administrators/Support personnel for issue analysis
4. Responsible for template deployment of the issue fix provided by RSystems in the UAT (Staging) server, do the self test, inform Business to test the same and close the issue.
5. Take the Business approval and move the changes to Production server from the UAT server with out any code change and inform the Business to test the same and close the issue.
6. Support onsite UAT, and give resolution for the issues raised during UAT.
7. To provide access / connectivity (over WebEx) to the Development and Production environment when RSystems not able to simulate the reported issue(s) at offshore and want to do analysis the problem at onsite environment.
8. Act as main Coordinator between offshore & business
