职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts payable related activities
       -Be responsible for SAP posting of account payables and expense related entries and GR/IR clearing.
       -Be responsible for monthly bank statement reconciliation cash reconciliation with cashier

Timely and accurately inter company reconciliation
-Be responsible for inter company posting ,payment and reconciliation with HQ accurately and timely

Fixed assets related activities, no materials deviation at year end audit
-Create and maintain fixed assets data in SAP
-Run depreciation in SAP
-Perform annual fixed assets stock take
-Prepare FA month and year end closing

Audit and tax matters
-Prepare monthly tax declaration report and related report from tax bureau.
-Assistance and prepare documents of wholesale business annual audit
-Prepare documents for annual tax filing and HR/tax audit if any.
-With holding tax issues

Others
-Attend stock take and financial documentation filing according to schedule
-Other assignment assigned by finance manager

REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor degree, major in accounting
-Around 5 years related working experience
-SAP understanding
-Reporting experience, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow etc.
