职位描述：
工作职责:
1. 负责沟通模特经纪公司，寻找模特资源
2. 根据拍摄任务提前安排预定模特
3. 负责模特的工作安排和日常管理，配合公司进行模特管理工作的执行与跟进，合理安排工作档期，条理清晰
4. 负责模特沟通确保拍摄标准执行
5. 建立模特资源信息库并定期更新管理

职位要求：
1. 无障碍的英语沟通
2. 团队合作能力强，有很强的沟通能力，条理清晰
3. 有发掘模特资源的能力，有过模特经纪行业从业经验者优先
4. 有强烈的自我管理和时间管理能力，勤奋敬业，吃苦耐劳
