职位描述：

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and define appropriate price guidelines and bid strategy for all products

2. Lead effective price reviews with cross-functional staff teams. Setting up the connections through ERP between estimating department versus Production and Purchasing department.

3. Provide management with monthly metrics including win/loss tracking, quote variance to guidelines, sell price trends, speed to quote, etc.

4. Maintain product knowledge and regularly monitor industry pricing practices; particularly for major competitors and distributors

5. Assists in development of sales communication of new product price strategy

6. Set up regular pricing approval process & information meetings

7. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience in Pricing and Financial modeling. Those with store fixture/furniture manufacturing background will have added advantage

2. Experience in Facilitating pricing strategy decisions with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Senior Management to reach agreements on strategy, tactics and implementation

3. Sound understanding of business and financial drivers and customer needs

4. Understand value position of products against competition, competing alternatives, and internal product offering

5. Fluent in both English and Chinese speaking and writing.
