Profiles We Are Looking For
? University/Polytechnic upcoming or recent graduates
? Ideally, experience in human resources, executive search, sales or customer service
? Strong communication skills, confident in speaking to high caliber experts
? Ability to conduct primary and secondary research
? Ability to analyze and interpret data
? Strong team spirit, ability to work to meet tight deadlines
? Very good writing skills, ideally experience in report writing/transcriptions
? Passionate about working in a growing company and international environment
? Native fluency in Japanese

Responsibilities
? Identify and actively recruit top experts via various channels for projects
? Execute interviews/surveys with top experts
? Generate questionnaires/write-ups/reports to deliver findings to clients
? Work in a team to meet tight project deadlines

Career Path (Illustrative)
? Junior Analyst: fresh college graduate or up to 2 years of relative experiences
? Associate: 1 year as an analyst or 3 to 5 years of relative experiences

作为顾问，你将成为连接行业专家与客户的重要桥梁。为了帮助我们的客户做出商业决策，你需要评估他们的具体需求，明确他们知识及信息上的需求，并找到对应的行业专家解决问题。这将是一份快节奏的工作，包括沟通、招募、谈判和销售等技巧，也需要在各种项目间切换的多任务管理能力。
你的工作内容:
?    快速搜索、调研项目所在的公司及行业，理解客户需求
?    基于对项目的理解及研究，找到并联系目标专家
?    通过问卷、电话沟通等形式进行前期专家测试，帮助客户做出筛选及判断
?    确保客户及专家的访谈顺利进行
?    团队协作确保项目按时推进
