职位描述：
Job Duty & Responsibility:
1. Inquires the quotation from the qualified suppliers
2. follows costs and makes cost comparison on his own responsible area
3. Indicators, following up the market price
4. make orders through BAAN system
5. deal with the invoice and payments issue
6. uses databases and Baan agreed way
7. auditing existing supplier
8. Follows the delivery are on time through BAAN
9. feedback handling, e.g. deal with unqualified products
10. supplier network, evaluating the qualified suppliers
11. long term and frame contracts if needed
12. Co-operation with supply chain category management
13. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/managers

Job Requirement & Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in science/engineering course is preferred
2. At least 2 years working experience including at least half of a year’s purchasing experience in manufacturing environment
3. Good ability to read technical drawings
4. Knowledge and experience in ERP systems
5. Good communication and negotiation skills
6. Fluent oral English
7. Knowledge in general purchasing principle
