1 和车间团队一起工作; 解决产线的过程工艺和质量等问题
Working with manufacturing, QE, Eng, Tech etc ; Be responsible for solving Process problems
2 建立产线的标准化等工艺文件, 根据客户和产品质量要求更新和维护量产后的相关工艺文件
Set Up WI for Production processes, Maintain & upgrade Process Document in accordance to customer and quality requirement
3 持续改善, 使用Lean/IE等工具提高产线效率
Continuous process improvement Production efficiency with GUPS/IE Method
4 根据产线工艺和质量实际要求, 改善工装工具和工序流
Develop and design tools and optimize the process flow according to process and quality requirement.
5 改善生产工艺过程, 使其达到工序简单化, 人员最优化, 高产出, 低不良率等
Improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap and optimize labor utilization/ process simplification etc
6 参与新项目或现有项目的工艺开发，包括组装和分组装设备。
Work with advanced process team to development of new or existing programs, including assembly and sub-assembly equipment.
7 协助设备的安全运转，确保所有安全制度/流程得到有效执行，维持高的安全标准。
Assists in ensuring safety equipment is operational and safety procedures are followed to maintain high safety standards.
STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS任职要求
Education教育背景: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 工程专业，本科
Experience经验:Five to eight years of experience as process engineer for mechanical assemblies. Experience in the automotive industry is a must. 5-8年作为机械组装的工艺工程师；必须拥有汽车行业工作背景。
Working Knowledge工作知识: Requires a good working knowledge of procedures, including APQP, operating methods and managerial practice; or, a combination of education and experience that develops technical skills to perform routine assignments with proficiency.
要求熟悉流程，包括APQP、运行方法和管理方式；或良好的教育和丰富的技术经验，能出色完成日常工作。
