职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、 负责督导属下人员对日常工作实施、落实，并对属下人员进行考核。

2、 负责对员工的培训工作。

3、了解和检查餐具、饮具的使用情况，及时提出更 新、添置计划，定期呈交餐饮部餐具损耗给上级，严格控制低值易耗品 的损耗率。

4、 每天到各工作岗位检查，对各工作细节必须做好记录。

5、 负责管事部员工工作班次安排和工作考核、检查和督导员工严格执行工作规程，实行规范服务。

6、密切与厨房、餐厅的联系，互相沟通、配合协调的进行工作。

7、完成上级交代的其他工作。
 
 

 岗位要求：
对工作有责任心、工作细心、耐心。
高中以上学历，2年以上酒店相关工作经验。
