Title: Project Manager

Report to: Director Finance and Administration

Job responsibilities:

• Profound knowledge in procedure of sourcing buying office, working with functional teams to set up project schedule and project controlling.
• Actively manage the project schedule, develop and implement a formal schedule change process. Support to optimize use of resources on the project.
• Track and report project status and manage project forecasting under business plan.
• Supplier Management
• Update business guidelines to ensure the necessary risk management policy linked to business development, review functional guidelines and draft new guidelines based on business plan.
• Working with functional teams, ensure project is managed using OBI guidelines and tools

Basic Qualifications

• Master degree and expertise in project management of buying office in retail industry.
• Profound knowledge and experience in performance controlling in sourcing activities.
• Experience in managing large trading projects
• Strong knowledge and ability to use project management systems, tools, and techniques
• Strong attention to details
• Experience in leading projects in a global sourcing office, preferably for European market, with demonstrated ability to manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting
• Strong collaborative leadership and communication skills
• Experience in budget controlling, forecast planning, familiar with global sourcing industry, Highly IT literate with Excel, PPT, Word...
