职位描述：
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Accomplish tax compliance work including tax computation and various types of tax filings; including:
? Responsible for VAT related issues including but not limited to monthly VAT input verification, VAT invoice issuance and application of VAT invoice from local tax authority;
? Annual income tax clearance;
? Prepare monthly/quarterly statutory tax filing (including but not limited to VAT, CIT and surcharge filing) and
? draft company internal tax documentation
2. Conduct tax registration of set-up and changes and (De)registration for branches/companies located in various cities; Communicate with various cities’ tax authorities, internal departments and other external institutions;
3. Review non-trade related agreements from tax perspectives and coordinate the collection of necessary information to ease the explanation of the nature and reasonableness of the transaction. Negotiate with tax officials for the best interests of the company ie apply tax exemption through reasonable judgment of the facts and interpretation of the relevant tax rulings;
4. Be responsible for tax audits and internal tax health check to identify tax compliance issues as well as tax opportunities together with effective solutions;
5. Be responsible for various statistical reports requested by China competent;
6. Assist to prepare the transfer pricing documentations in time and identify the potential TP issue;
7. Keep close connection with the finance teams to ensure the tax compliance consistent across the China legal entities;
8. Assist on the tax investigation if any;
9. Communicate with SAFE for Loan borrowing and return;
10. Group tax questionnaire and related;
11. Deliver trainings on tax matters.
任职要求 Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting/ Taxation or related disciplines; CPA or ACCA holder is an advantage;
2. Above 3 years of solid tax experience, either in professional firms or multinational companies;
3. Problems finding and solving skills;
4. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Ability to work independently and under time pressure;
6. Exposure to HK tax experience is an advantage;
7. Fluently in English and Mandarin. 举报 分享
