SMD/SMT Test Engineer (process and equipment)

Job Description:
1) Prepare hardware and software for the mass production electrical test of new products (test equipment, program, fixture). Our testing is based on optical inspection AOI, in circuit test ICT, and functional test FCT. Applications are automotive PCBA (display, cluster, blue-tooth module, habitable calculator)
2) Analyze testing data according to specification. Perform capability, repeatability, mechanical and electrical verifications, error proofing. Qualify the mass production testing process
3) Support mass production troubleshooting : make diagnostic of products and of test equipments to identify product defects and improve test false fails
4) Make changes related with product and process evolutions
5) Contribute to quality and cost performance


Requirements:
1. Engineer level, bachelor, university
2. Understanding of electrical and electronic schematics
3. Electronic skills for functioning of a PCBA and testing process
a. resistance, capacitor, inductance, transistor, relays functions…
b. power supply, e-prom programming, amplification, multiplexing, CAN communication, voltage regulation, color measurement, filtration, memory, converter
c. Know to use oscilloscope, power supply, multi-meter
4. Programming skills in C++, Pascal, or visual basic environment, also Lab-view
5. Background from graduate to 2 years experience in SMD testing or expertise
6. Good understanding of mass production requirements, good reactivity and analysis skills
7. Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
8. Good at written and oral English
