Continuous Improvement Engineer（Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred）

工作概要 Job Summary
Use six sigma tools to lead CI projects and support problem solving teams.
Lean Manufacturing deployment. CI activities coordination.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Analyze current status and look for new CI opportunities
2. Provide basic six sigma/lean tools training within company
3. Lead and support CI projects through DMAIC process.
4. Follow up CI projects status and overall CI savings status.
5. Work with CI teams in China Region and Europe Electronics and share Best Business Practices.
6. Conduct JCMS (Johnson Controls Manufacturing System) Assessment and follow up

资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
1. College or Bachelor Degree with Mechanics, Engineering background
2. 2-3 years experiences in manufacturing/lean manufacturing/continuous improvement/industrial engineering
Better to have Six Sigma Green Belt certificate
3. Good oral and written English skill
4. Passion for improvement/change, Self-learner, Open minded, Lean thinking, Team player, Good communication skill, Personal influence ability,.
