Job Title: Project Engineer
Reports to: General Manager
Subordinates: 0

Job Responsibilities:
Leads, Coordinates and manages an aspect of a full scale project. Ensure that the project scope is accurate and possible to achieve given the allocation of the resources necessary. Other works assigned by line manager.

1), prepares the project plan which describe the process steps, milestones, and the resources necessary to achieve the expected project outcome;
2), monitor all activities necessary to complete the project according to customer expectations and sets deadlines and objectives;
3), Reports project progress on a regular basis to the line manager for the overall project;
4), Researches and analyzes data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application;
5), interfaces with Purchasing, Production and Accounting to ensure products being manufactured meet schedule, quality and profitability guidelines;
6), Researches and analyzes data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application;
7), Directs and coordinates production and inspection activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.

Job Requirements:
1), at least five years of project work experience, the experience in machinery industry, railway transportation is preferred;
2), Bachelor of Science or the equivalent degree with more than five years of relevant project Management experience;
3), be flexible to travel both domestically and internationally at a frequency demanded by the project;
4), have a commercial understanding of the projects;
5), have the excellent skills of communication, presentation and data analysis;
6), have a strong sense of customer intimacy;
7), a good team player;
