岗位职责：
1.负责根据需求制订培训计划，策划公司领导力、技术、技能类重点培训项目并组织实施；
2.负责公司课程体系规划和开发，组织教材编写和评审工作；
3.负责内外培训师队伍的建设和管理，组织内部培训师认证和考核工作；
4.负责网络学院、微学习平台等在线学习平台的建立和维护；
5.上级安排的相关工作。
任职资格：
1.硕士及以上学历，3年以上大型企业培训管理工作经验；
2.具备较丰富的培训项目策划、实施、监控经验，熟悉培训市场；
3.熟练掌握企业培训需求调研、分析方法及工具；
4.熟悉人员评估、能力发展的理论和工具；
5.掌握培训效果的评估方法；
6.具有优秀的组织、沟通与协调能力，较强的文字能力、语言表达能力和主动解决问题能力；
7.英语听说读写流利。

Roles and Responsibilities：
1. Formulate training plan according to the demand; design, organize and conduct the leadership, key technical and skill training programs;
2. Plan and develop COMAC's training courses system, organize textbook compiling and review;
3. Build and manage the internal and external trainer team, organize the internal trainer certification and evaluation;
4. Establish and maintain the E-learning college, M-learning platform, etc.;
5. Other assigned projects by line manager.
Qualification and Skills：
1. Above master degree, more than 3 years experiences of training management in large enterprises;
2. Relatively rich experience in planning, implementation and monitoring of training programs, familiar with the training market;
3. Excellent knowledge in enterprise training needs survey and good command of analysis methods and tools;
4. Familiar with the theory and tool in the talent assessment and ability development;
5. Good training effect evaluation skills;
6. Excellent organizing, communicating and coordinating skills, good written/verbal communication skills and ”find a way” attitude;
7. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
