职位描述：
主Main Responsibility:
    Fulfill the individual sales target;
    Develop OEM customer and Distributor;
    Follow up the project and organize the bidding document for the project;
    Communication and promotional activities;
    Proactive customer relationship management;
    Customer visit, project discussion and consulting;
    info collection and filling up the related documentation;
    Offer discussion with customer and negotiation;
    Pricing decision (according to level of authorization: see attached document"sales policy");
    Reporting of sales activities with Visit Report Form;
    Reporting expenses with Travel expense Form;
    Give efficient weekly business reports to supervisor including project status, problems and proposals;
    Control the payment from customer and responsible for reaching full payments for each order
    Participate in the marketing activities e.g. exhibitions, etc;
    Participate in the development of local tooling and side equipment for INDEVA products; like designing solution and dealing with local suppliers;
    Project management; follow up to the successful closing of each project
Requirement:

    Good communication skills, honest and able to build and maintain effective business relationship with customers.
    Good command of oral and written English;
    Sales skilled
    Willingness to travel frequently.

The candidate is required to have a strong knowledge of Material handling and industrial manipulators and preferably 10-years working experience in this business; a very good command of English, written and spoken, good communication, negotiation and great organization skills, willingness to travel as well as ability to work autonomously after a training period.
