COMPANY BACKGROUND

Sherpa's Delivery & Service Co., Ltd. is a multi-restaurant food delivery service, started by an American, Mark Secchia, in Shanghai in 1999. We work with over 400 restaurants in Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou, and Hangzhou to deliver their food to our customers. Our Call Center is in Shanghai, and receives over 1,000 calls per day from our customers all over China. When they order, our customers choose a restaurant and then tell us the food they want. Then, Sherpa's sends a courier to the restaurant to deliver the food to the customer. We are busier on evenings and on weekends, so the work schedule reflects that. Our office and call center are in downtown Shanghai

- at the corner of Jian Guo Xi Lu and Xiang Yang Nan Lu.

JOB PROFILE

With the expansion of company business, we are now inviting highly motivated candidates to join our Call Center department as customer service phone operators. Phone operators answer the phones, and generally spend about 1 or
2 minutes on the phone with each customer, helping them to choose and order the foods they want. About 70% of the calls are in English (foreigners living in China), and about 30% in Chinese. You will use a computer to enter the customer order in to our database, and sometimes call the restaurant if necessary. Our call center currently has 25 phone operators, and we would like a few more. We prefer recent college graduates. If you can read and understand this job advertisement in English, we would like to talk to you!

Our current staff like the job because:

-We are very busy at meal times, but in between lunch and dinner, the environment is very relaxing.

-Suggestions and ideas from phone operators are always welcome about how to improve the work environment.

-Every month, phone operators can taste free food from at least 5 of our 400 international restaurant partners.

-After time, we offer opportunities to advance to supervisor positions and positions in other departments

上海建国西路和襄阳南路的路口，靠近肇家浜路，地铁9号线嘉善路站下车后5分钟步行

即可到达。

职位介绍

随着公司业务的发展，我们现在诚聘积极性高的应聘者加入我们的客服部。英语客服的

主要工作是接听客人的电话，每个电话会与客人进行大约1-2分钟时间的通话，帮助客

人选择餐厅和食物。大约70%的电话都是英文的（住在中国的外国人），大约30%的电话

是中文的。你可以利用电脑进行系统操作并且为客人订餐，有时候需要与餐厅电话联

系。目前我们的客服人员大约有45人，但是我们还需要更多。我们非常地欢迎应届毕业
