Senior Account Manager:

Primary Responsibilities:

Intake, Ideation, and Planning

1. Ensure that the brief includes all important elements:
2. Understands and can explain and execute against strategic direction in the brief.
3. Generate estimates/quotes (SOW) for all jobs; issues purchase orders; process retainer and non-retainer billable items; ensure bought-in costs come in on time and to budget
4. Help in the development of case studies on clients’ business
5. Manage internal tools such as required.

Revenue Growth, Client Acquisition and Account Management

1. Identify decision makers and key buying points
2. Spot trends / identify opportunities.
3. Understand the proposed strategy to suggest tactical changes as per the changing business environment or client requirements
4. Help to complete background research, coral people and ideas in the Account Planning process.
5. Engage in client conversations as a means to understand client needs and inform/ educate about internal capabilities. Once an opportunity is identified bring in account lead to help sell through.
6. Work effectively with Business Operations and Program Management for forecast accuracy and maintenance.
7. Assist in carrying out operational tasks such as raising a PO and co-ordinating tasks with vendors
8. Assist with any quarter close activities as required by the account lead(s).

Client Stewardship

1. Develop and cultivate relationships with clients
2. Act as one of the key agency interfaces with clients for dealing with escalated issues; responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships. Helping to manage day to day situations when more senior account leads are not available.
3. Manages/coordinates client projects. Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and internally by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
4. Responsible for documenting all client feedback and decisions.
5. Effectively executes projects, problem-solves, and develops solid business relationships, with client peers and 2 levels up.
6. Communicate and disseminate client requests to team; manage client expectations; manage internal communications and external communication with vendors, media partners
7. Analyse client creative campaigns utilizing marketing analytics tools; provide client with insights and report to drive actionable measures
8. Manage project budgets for multi-faceted/tiered campaigns; meets account revenue and profitability targets

Team Stewardship

1. Escalate any problems that arise which require the attention of the more senior account leads
2. Manage the interactions and communication with the internal team.
3. Issue written communication to team members to ensure accurate information flow.
4. Works with the Account Director to brief the team(s),
5. Assist with the formulation of strategies

Experience Guidelines:

1. Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in account management in an agency environment
2. Strong interactive background a must
3. Excellent time management, problem-solving, multi-tasking and leadership skills
4. Fluency in English/Mandarin complimented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
5. Good problem-solving skills; ability to identity and execute effective solutions
6. Good understanding of effective creative design practices, trends, techniques, and processes across one or more touch points or medium

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required , international education and work experience background is preferred .
