岗位职责/Main duties:
1.负责所在区域的现有客户的维护和跟进,维护与客户的关系,保证客户的满意度。
Follow up the existing clients, maintain the good relationship with clients to assure the customer satisfaction.
2.拓展现有客户的销售量,并开发新客户以达到销售目标。
Develop the sales volume of existing clients, and prospect new clients to reach the sales target.
3.日常工作包括客户拜访,报价,合同条款的协商,订单的跟进,至付款的完成。
Daily work includes clients visiting, quotation, drafting contract, following up the order, till the final payment.
4.根据公司的产品和市场策略,及时推进各种促销计划,并与客户方的各个部门良好的互动。
Implement the sales promotion according to the company products&marketing strategies and clients’ requests, good communication with clients.
5.协助市场部在客户方组织葡萄酒活动,对葡萄酒相关知识进行宣导。
Cooperate with marketing department for wine events at clients’venues, promote the event and wine culture.
6.客户方员工的葡萄酒知识的培训。
Wine service& wine knowledge training for the staffs of clients.
7. 上级安排的其他工作
Other tasks assigned by the leader.
任职资格/Qualifications:
1. 1-2年以上酒水饮料及快消品行业销售经验,葡萄酒行业销售经验者优先
1 to 2 years FMCG sales experience, wine sales experience preferred.
2. 对红酒相关知识有比较好的了解,对葡萄酒有兴趣
Passion in wine culture, good wine knowledge
3. 勇于接受挑战,能够独立开拓潜在客户
Be able to face challenge and develop potential clients independently
4.有葡萄酒WEST或侍酒师证书,优先考虑。
WSET or sommelier dipoma preferred
5.良好的交际能力和学习能力。
Quick learner with good communication skills
6. 中英文流利
Fluent in Chinese and English
