Requirment:

? Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. A good knowledge in power electronics products and sheet metal processing would be an added advantage.
? Experienced in multi- bus bar products will be an added advantage.
? Excellent in SolidWorks or SolidEdge.
? Good verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese. French language skills are additional merit.

Job Description:

? Involve in initial project development together with sales and marketing, completely communicate with customers for the technical requirements and fill Auxel project questionnaire.
? Take the specifications, drawings and circuit diagram from customers, and instructions from his project leaders and team leader into careful account, make out the design scheme.
? Investigate the best appropriate technical solutions able to meet the requirements in the best conditions (technical, economical, thermal ...). If necessary, consult or discuss with projector leader again for the specifications.
? Analyze the particular specifications required by customers, or attached to each component and make the feasibility study for integration in the new product design.
? Design the complete new power electronics Product including all the components
? Propose the most appropriate technical solutions to the project leader and/or the engineering management.
? Design the 3D model with CAD system.
? Create all 2D drawings (general assembly, sub assembly and components according to the general and internal standard).
? Report the design situation, progress and circle the drawings to the relevant people.
? Propose any correlative design modifications for specification and reliability improvement.
? Carry out and finalize the modifications. Fill up any necessary documents and forward to the Auxel staff or customers for further actions.
? Participate in prototype fabrication and fixture design, including first article inspection
? File all the documents properly
? Administrate the revisions on the drawings and engineering files.
? Take any disposal to meet the target which have been discussed and decided with his leader. 举报 分享
