职位描述：

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

Assist Manager on E-commerce project communication with internal cross-functional team and manage external agencies to achieve E-commerce sales target.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

* Lead and support to achieve the ecommerce sales target.

* Work with RHQ & HQ E-commerce team and ESH internal team to manage and implement the

agreed e-commerce strategy and plans.

* Assist in defining the online store layout, content and look & feel.

* Assist in defining product portfolio presented on website, including price range, product photo style,

product descriptions and so on.

* Work with the e-commerce partner to ensure the smooth running of customer service, order

processing & billing, delivery, return & change, payment & refunds.

* Monitor and ensure the e-commerce partner operate and provide the service to ECCO according to requirements and meet the brand’s expectation.

* Work with the e-commerce partner and HQ e-commerce team also the IT solution provider to set up the e-commerce system structure, necessary interface & applications and ensure the appropriate maintenance.

* Work with marketing team to define the market roll-out strategy, promote e-commerce business

channel to consumers.

* Work with marketing team to plan online marketing events and promotions, attract new consumers and develop consumer loyalty.

* Work with merchandising team to plan the main order and replenishment for e-commerce products

to make sure on-time and efficient delivery to consumers.

* Review sales performance, analyse sales data, complains and comments from consumers to advice improvement action plan.

* Work with legal to make sure the relevant operation of e-commerce project is under government

principles & rules.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor degree in E-commerce/Marketing/Business or equivalent subject.

* Minimum 2 years working experience in E-commerce and/or Retail.

* Previous experience in E-commerce outsourcing service industry is preferred.

* Good knowledge of E-commerce trends and knowhow in China.

* Good English and Mandarin, English reading and writing is must.

* High efficiency of MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

* Positive work attitude, detail oriented and strong communication skills.

* High autonomy and initiative.
