职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 全面负责项目的市政配套工作；
2. 负责项目前期市政规划手续的办理和技术咨询服务等工作；
3. 进行设计委托和审核市政施工设计方案及技术细节，提供专业意见和建议；
4. 配合水、电力、燃气、通讯、电视、绿化等市政配套相关的委托设计、报审、验收等工作；
5. 与测绘勘探部门联系办理与设计图纸有关的建筑初勘测绘工作；
6. 协调和维护项目的对外市政关系，为项目开发创造良好的外部环境。

任职资格
1. 市政、工程管理或相关专业本科以上学历，中级以上职称；
2. 7年以上相关工作经验，其中5年以上上海大型地产公司同等职位工作经验（机电专业背景优先）；
3. 熟知市政工程建设的各个环节、房地产开发的相关政策、流程及报审、报建各项手续的审批程序；
4. 与相关政府部门有良好的人脉关系；
5. 具有较强的人际沟通能力和文字功底，能够顺利办理相关报验报批手续；
6. 优秀的组织管理能力，工作具有预见性，较强的推动组织执行能力；
7. 具备良好的气质风范和职业道德素养及人际关系。 举报 分享
