职位描述：
岗位职责：
    1、 负责手机应用APP界面设计、切图、icon图标设计。
    2、 能始终保持设计风格及视觉感受的统一，注重细节。
    4、 负责Web网站设计及Html
    3、 能够准确理解产品需求和原型，按产品经理提供的原型设计界面；
    4、 负责设计规范的定制；
    5、 关注同行竞品，并根据分析结果不断优化升级产品，提升产品的用户体验；
    6、 关注同业产品的设计动向，为产品未来发展提供专业的视觉意见及建议。
    任职要求：
    1、最少3年以上的App设计经验及最少1年的Web端设计经验，对当前流行设计趋势敏感，能够独立完成项目；
    2、专业视觉、设计或美术专业科班出身，具有良好的美术功底与创作能力；
    3、熟悉Web端/移动端/IPAD的界面设计特性，区分差异性；
    4、能和产品经理、开发工程师流畅有效的沟通；
    5、执行力强，积极的工作态度；
    6、有Js经验者优先。
